I found Connor in 2023 when I was supposedly having an alternator issue from a diagnostic I received elsewhere. I wanted a second opinion and came to Cali Complete Auto Care. Connor was honest up front with me and told me it was a battery issue. He saved me so much money! A few months later my brother and then my mother got into an accident and I recommended her to Connor. She was so pleased and happy with him that this is her go to spot for all of my families vehicles. I just took my GLE 53 and he took care of me as well. Him and his team are absolutely great and amazing! I love the honesty and service here. You won’t find it anywhere else!! Thank you Connor and Cali Complete Auto Care! This past year I had to visit 3 different mechanics and after coming to Cali Complete Autocare I think I've found my mechanic for life. The quality of work that Conner and everyone does here is amazing and I trust them so much with my car. Came here when I had a misfire on my 06 BMW 325i, this is my first time coming to a mechanic for anything, Conner is seriously the man. From the start he was super helpful and went out of his way to help me, stayed in contact with me through everything and answered all of my questions, I’ve learned so much about my car in such a short time of being at this shop, he helped me through everything, having this BMW be my first car I always hoped to find a mechanic who’s trustworthy, reliable, honest, and overall a great and caring person especially in this state, Conner is exactly that guy! This is a long overdue review, apologize for that off the bat. First of all, I am writing this review and as a young female who hates stepping into any auto shop. Around 3 months ago, my check engine light appeared on my beloved Toyota Corolla i’ve had in perfect condition for the last 5 years. I couldn’t get a straightforward answer on what was wrong with it for months…took it here and within 5 minutes the nice guy who was working there, whose name was Conner, literally just told me what was up with it. Outstanding service! I called about having my suspension looked at due to a clunking noise coming from under the driver side. Conner invited me to bring my truck in the next morning for an inspection. When I arrived we went on a test drive so he could hear the noise I was describing. I left the truck with him and within an hour he had diagnosed the issue. Conner gave a thorough breakdown of the repairs needed and a fair price for the work to be done. A few hours later I had the truck back and the difference in ride quality was night and day. This shop is competent and does amazing work. I will definitely be giving this shop more of my business. HUGE thanks to Conner and the entire shop for being who they are. I’ve been battling a mysterious annoying squeak that I thought was my suspension in my 2021 2SS 1LE Camaro. I had previously been to a couple shops closer to home that couldn’t figure it out. Talked to Conner on the phone and he was so nice and welcoming to me. We set an appointment and I went to their new shop! Upon my arrival Conner was ready for me and we went on a test drive. Within about 2-3 min he had figured out it was my exhaust and it had nothing at all to do with my suspension. Completely changed everything for me. My piece of advice is good people are hard to find these days and Conner and team are as good as it gets! Their new address is 19248 Roscoe blvd. Not on Ventura anymore! I was looking one day for a place to get an oil change one day and found this place when looking around and I’m grateful to find this shop as the guys who run the shop actually genuinely care about your car and your wallet too as I’ve came the past 4 times and had no issues with the workers or my car! They also have great prices compared to other mechanics in the area! I’m thankful to have mechanics I can trust and feel comfortable with talking and fixing my car! I took my car to this place and if I remember the owner's name correctly, Conner fixed my car with a reasonable price, he diagnosed my car, I'd taken my car to more places before he looked at it and had heard different stories about the engine's issue, He was the only one who looked at it for an hour and then called me and made me sure that my car's spark plug tube seal had leak and that was the reason that I had oil in exhaust, every other places told me that my car's engine needs to be out and most probably the engine or turbo need repair with cost of 20 times more than what he charged me. I called Cali Complete Auto Care yesterday afternoon and they were able to get me an appointment this morning! When I called back this morning to confirm my appointment and get the address, Conner recognized my voice and remembered my name instantly! Upon arriving, the whole staff was friendly and professional. Conner had gone out of his way to flush my engine for no extra cost, and offered to diagnose my check engine light. I felt extremely comfortable here, and got exactly what I was looking for. Great service and very affordable. O had my Vw worked on . Brakes and engine tune up was done , I had a check engine light . Most places wanted arm and leg and weren't confident or at least that's what I felt like. Conner was friendly and took my car in with in 2 hour he called and had diagnosed the issue . The price was very reasonable for amount work they did. They had spark plugs and brakes replaced . They had the filter replaced and injectors were cleaned . Transmission was flushed . The car is definitely different, Great effect on the gas mileage, thank you so much. I will use then in future. ~ Karmen S

Check engine light turned on, on my car (2004 Lexus RX 330) and they were able to Identify the issue and give me a detailed explanation as to what caused it and kept good communication through the duration that my car was in the shop. In addition to the problems that caused my check engine light, they had also replaced my spark plugs and fixed a wiring issue with my windshield wipers with no additional charges. Shop has great customer service, quality, pricing and is run by good people. This will be my go to mechanic from now on. Thank you again! ~ Marcus C

If your vehicle has any issues, you've come to the right spot to get it taken care of. Connor runs such a fantastic shop. Family run and is extremely knowledgeable in all vehicles. My entire family takes all of our cars to CACC and I only recommend people to take their vehicles to CACC as well! The nicest and most taken care of I've ever felt at an Auto Shop. Man oh man this place is awesome! After taking my car to a few other mechanic shops and spending over a thousand dollars with the hopes of getting my car fixed without any troubles I felt hopeless until I met Conor at this shop. Conner was amazing! I was in town for a day and had to drive to Boise when check engine light went on 😩. I drive a 2021 Ford Transit 250, and called to a few closest dealerships in the area, and they said that they could help me only in a few days even though it was an emergency. I had to get out of town and head North ASAP. I gave a call to Conner. He recommended me to check with O'Riley in order to find out the code, and then come to his shop. That's what I did. He was super friendly and honest. He told me that the problem could be very simple. The error I was getting said that there's something wrong with the fuel system. Apparently, my engine filter hasn't been changed for 45,000 miles, and that what caused the issue. I had the part ready and was planning to replace it by the end of the week. Conner took care of me right away for a very reasonable price. If I'm in town again and will need a fix for my van, I'll definitely come to his shop! ~ Alex P

This is my fist internet review ever about something. Even though I am in my early 30's most business are usually out for themselves and want to make that fast money. But definitely Cali Complete Auto Care. They will go the extra mile to charge you very fair prices and do the job right! I took my S550 Mercedes-Benz coupe 2015 in for an oil change and this place did not disappoint. Will be taking my car back here for sure even tho its a 20 minute drive out of my way. Have been going to see Cali Complete Auto Care since I’ve moved to the valley, 3+ years now. They handle most repair services needed for automobiles. Pricing for the services are quite good. They have recently moved from Encino, to their new location in Northridge, and I’ve followed them for all my auto care. When the Tesla service center told me I needed to replace my brakes at half the normal mileage, I took it to Connor for a second opinion. Boy, am I sure glad I did! He not only assured me I didn't need new brakes, he also found a grease leak that Tesla missed. I ended up getting my front axle replaced under warranty thanks to Conor. More impressive, he continued to follow up and wanted to ensure the problem got fixed, even when it was not going to mean more business for him... short term anyways. Best mechanic I have ever come across in L.A. Happened to be my neighborhood mechanic when I had an issue with my brakes and I was very impressed. Has a great vibe, extensive knowledge and extremely good prices. He will never sell you on things not needed. I used to be able to walk to his shop, but even after I have moved further away I will drive all the way out to go here. A good, trustworthy mechanic is hard to come by and I can recommend him 100%. My daughters car had a check engine light and the error code was for the turbo booster in our 2012 KIA Sportage. It is VERY challenging finding a mechanic (other than the KIA dealership) who is confident enough and has the knowledge to work on KIA's. Thankfully, I did A LOT of research and found Connor and Cali Complete Auto Care. Connor was very friendly and confident as we discussed the issue over the phone. He listened and empathized with me when I explained that I live on the East Coast, and I wanted to make sure the car would be fixed in order to preserve my daughters safety. I made an appointment (thankfully they give Saturday appointments) and my daughter took the car in. Connor was very communicative and was able to repair the issue the same day. Even when an error code popped up again (and the part required a small adjustment), he was quick to say, "bring it back in, we'll take care of it now". All in all, a great experience. We recently came to CCAC with multiple baffling issues after just putting everything we had into purchasing a used car. Despite the car make and model being one of the most reliable out there, and purchasing from an esteemed dealer, the car has given us nothing but trouble. We brought it to Connor expecting it would be very complicated and expensive, something we really couldn't afford after just purchasing the vehicle. We were surprised to find Connor knew exactly what was wrong with the car right away and pinpointed what needed to happen quickly. He was honest about the car's issues, even showed us exactly what was happening. The car was fixed within a few hours which was imperative as Im disabled. Connor was very personable and friendly, gave us good advice regarding the car, and went above and beyond with helping us. Very knowledgeable, honest, and ethical. Good pricing and a total gent all around. We will definitely be coming back here -- mechanics like him are hard to find. Highly recommend. ~ twofishes1984
